También estarás a poca distancia a pie de TODO: bares, restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia, farmacias, centros comerciales, cafeterías, etc., etc., etc.
Esta hermosa unidad se renta por $1,800 dólares al mes. La renta incluye la cuota de la HOA, pero NO incluye la tarifa mensual de acceso y uso del resort, que es de $80 dólares al mes. You will also be withing walking distance to EVERYTHING: bars, restaurants, convenient stores, pharmacies, shopping centers, coffee places, etc. etc. etc.
This beautiful unit is for rent $1,800 dollars a month. The rent includes the HOA but it does NOT include the monthly resort access usage fee which is $80 dollars a month. The utilities are NOT included and you will pay them separately. Cannot sublease or do AIRBNB and only the registered renters can use the amenities. We are looking for a mature renter, responsible and who will observe the community rules.
